How can I retrieve deleted email

Depends on the client/access.

• If it's a client based e-mail, eg outlook etc then a normal recovery program should help.
• If it's webmail eg Hotmail, Yahoo, etc then you are basically stuffed. Once they are deleted they are gone for good.
