The plumber who did the rough in the basement slab has set the wrong height ? I think. Where the 4" abs 90 turns up straight , to connect a length of 4 " abs with a test cap , for future w/c flange to be cut flush to slab and flange glued down . I seem to have the wider part of the 90 fitting the whole @ 1 1/2 of the depth of the socket or engagement ?
Now I can't think of an offset flange or anything that might help this.
Now I have read other posts about putting a pedestal slab for w/c to sit on . I don't think busting up the slab to change height will be an option .

Are you saying that the hub of the elbo comes up to within a 1 1/2 inch of the floor line and if you cut the raiser off flush with the floor all you would have is a 1 1/2" to place a flange on ? Please elaborate! Regards, Tom

Even I don't understand your terminology I understand that you are concerned about height of your ABS stub-out for your toilet. Is the hub of the 90 in your way ? Is it too low or too high? Can you post a photo showing your situation?

In any case you should be fine. You can purchase closet ring that fits:
1. Into the hub of the 90
2. Over the hub of the 90
3. Into 4" pipe
4. Over 4" pipe

So, you should be safe...
