Well how old are you, What nation or culture do you come from. I know some cultures you do not take for a while without a family member coming with you. I know some where you would not kiss until it is a very serious relatinship.

Just use the "meet me halfway" technique for determining if she's ready to be kissed.

Method:
When the appropriate private moment presents itself, face your girl, smile and lean in halfway for the kiss and stop. Keep your eyes on hers, and if she's ready, she'll lean in the other half and you two will have your moment.

If she doesn't move in after a few seconds, tweak her on the cheek and move back, continue your conversation as if nothing is wrong. (because nothing is wrong.)

Repeat this process at the end of your dates until the magical day.

Yeah I agree if she wants to kiss you then she will lean the rest of the way in MY opinion that's the only way to go. There can anyone really argue? How else could you kiss sommeone in the position your in.
