    VA DCSE Questions?
Okay, so I find out that DCSE can't just open a case because they want to, someone has to walk in there and fill out an 11 page application. Why and how could someone & the case worker allow this application for back support go through when my payment history through the VA DSCE systems shows proof of ALL payments AND 2 refunds for overpayment FOR THE SAME Time!! All they can tell me is that it's been readjusted... um, based on what? According to them, their system doesn't say why.

My questions is how can someone go back and ask for a readjustment on an order that was already paid off? Can that happen?

    Any advice would be helpful!

P.s. From my post yesterday, I did find out my X who I somewhat trusted is playing games again.

Don't accept their readjustment without going to court over it. They should have sent you paperwork and a response.

Apparently they sent 2 letters in Sept. but they received them back because I had moved in May. When they finally got my new address I finally received something.

It's a letter that says I owe past due support and that they've submitted it for Fed. Tax-offset. Nothing too demanding like before, like they're hoping I don't respond in time for a review and they get to railroad me. They also mention something about not getting a passport which I'm worried about since I just booked a trip to Jamaica for next May.

WHY ARE PEOPLE SO GREEDY AND HATEFUL!?

Well at this time you don't really know if its greed and hateful or like I have had happen before some clerk that just started the day before does the case review and figures they can do what they want. You need to follow up on it. If your in arrears they can intercept taxes and take your drivers license also keep you from leaving the country via passport. You might need a lawyer depending on what the circumstances are.
You might also try talking to a supervisor.
