Have a history of blocked coronaries but all are cleared now. Cardiologists said they do not think the pain is angina. But it acts like angina.
Pounding Pain between shoulder blades, stomach swells, and get very hard. Constipation. Pain comes with activity, excitement, or at rest. Nitro Patches not effective. Gastro doctor said its not gall bladder pain. Had endoscopy which was negative. No pain anywhere except in the back.
MRI done on the back is negative also . Only a colonoscopy needs to be done and another stress test

Gall stones? Kidney stones? Keep going in for tests and keep track of all of your symptoms and the times that they occur. Go to different doctors for different opinions... don't give up. Good luck!
