    Paranoid about everything
About 2 months ago I was in a car accident with my boyfriend and my 1 year old daughter. My car was totalled, but we were all okay. My boyfriend was driving and apparently something mechanically went wrong with my car. I had never been in a car accident before and ever since that day have found myself paranoid about every single thing. I am petrified that something is going to happen to my daughter or to me. I constantly worry about even driving to the store, or crazy things like someone breaking into our home, or just crazy things... But, I am really not crazy... just paranoid... HELPPPP

Any time something like that has happened to me I have felt the same way. If you cannot face this fear, then I would suggest that you talk to a professional to help you get over this. Over the years I have known several people that were never able to go beyond grief step 2 and consequently are now stuck in a deep depression over their loss.
