I have a kenmore waher 70 It will not fill with cold water hot works on warm and hot I replaced water fill valve stills does not work also the waher will fill with cold water on rinse cycle can you give me some ideas what the problem could be Thanks

Most likely, you need to replace your water temperature switch. Pull the facing off and you'll see the switch on the backside of the panel.
