My "Pisani" oil painting is 24x36 in size. I have been intrigued by this painting and would like some information on the artist and the title. I would be grateful foryour help or direction.

Looks nice; can you give us a bit of info before - is the size inch or zentimeter? How is the backside of the picture? (photo including the frame would be great), where did u get it from, any onfos from the pre-owner? Which country did u get it? Are there any signs on/arround/on the backside of the painting, such as numbers, initials, tags, preowners notes... etc ?
And you just want to know anything about the artist and the title?

I am in southern US and found this at a flea market. I was very drawn to the picture and the signature. I do know there are numerous Italian artist "Pisani" dating back from the 13th, 14th century.
I have no history of the painting' just what you see in the photos. Not only am I interested in the artist name and title, I would like to know of its value, when it WAS painted and what the three woman are looking at. They are all looking in the same direction. AND where are they? I will attach new photos, they may have to be in separate emails. My files are large.

Please get me a detail of the three ladies.

As far as I can see, the style is about 1900, although it looks more like french topic, but for more details, I need another detail.

Yes, the pics are the same. I am attaching six more pics. As I say before, the quality is much better in real. The pic of the trees is the best quality .to compare it to. Are u an historian?

Sorry, took a while, but I am still not at home, anyway...
The stamp on the back ANCO BILT, NY was not an art-seller, but a producer of art-supplies, such as this canvas. I even doubt that the frame is the original on, but that doesn't care, it would hava been a quite similar one.
I have seen that anyone tried "to repair" or renew anything on the back, my tip is, don't do anything at all, leave it the way it is, even if something is torn etc.
The topic is a common one during that time (1800-1920), I would tend to around 1900. It shows three noble ladies walking/standing in the nature (can see if it's a meadow or a pond there) - the painting should transmit a calm and soft mood to the spectator - there is not much going on in the painting and you see lots of calm nature, wood, meadow and hilly scenery on the horizont. The landscape could be in N-Italy, Swiss or France. Like I told before, the painting-style was quite common in France, but could be elsewhere influenced by the named.
The pic is quite large, that's mostly good to gain a price ;-)
Its hard to say, because I don't see it eye2eye and can't see the quality - that's just can be seen when you hold it in your own hands. I would rate it as a top, at you should get at least a few hundred bugs for it (up to probobly even more) - I don't know where you are exectly, but I wouldn't seel it to a normal art seller, I would go to an action-house - there you would get preofessional information (here in europe for free, guess anywhere else as well)

Thanks for getting back to me. My curiousity is getting the best of me. I know u say there are too many Pisani artist, but in my research, I have forund only 10-12 artist. Do you know of a place where u can compare signatures to the one on the painting?
The quality of the painting is quite good. but I do not see a pond. AND one of the ladies look as she might be african american (?) the first one on the left. Anyway, I am on a quest. "Pisani" seems to be a recognized name in artist. Hopefully I will find someone who can help me. Were u able to view the last six images I sent to u?

I checked again, you where right there is no pond, it's the meadow, but the lady is not of african descent. Well I found many more artists with that name, but let me check again... u can base your search on the 19th cent.
