If I was charged with theft under and received a conditional discharge with 18months probation... first offence. I was only sentenced in May, would my record already show up if a record search was done? It is being done for an application to write an Insurance Exam? I really hope someone can help me...
Desperate to start over and this would really damage that possibility.
