GFI protection would be nice. Does it have heat, control panel? Did it come with the house? Does something not look right?

I think she means is it safe to use while she is pregnant, is there any harm to the baby.

How hot is the water? If the water is too hot it could raise your body temperature and be damaging to the baby.

I would shy away from using it for a couple reasons. One, you don't want your body tempture to get too high because it could be harmful to the baby. Two, there is a possibility of having an air bubble go inside your vaginal opening which could also be harmful. I read that this "air bubble" effect could also be possible if your partner were to blow inside you during oral sex. While pregnant, this can be harmful to the baby. (Hope this isn't too graphic, wanted to give specific examples.)

This is a myth and not at all true.
