Colin Powell Destroys McCain's Negative Smear Campaign

A Republican speaking common sense. Too bad the right is going to smear him now.

Like the left did when he testified at the UN in support of the proposition that Iraq had WMD ?

What short memories the left has.

    Hooray for Powell!

The only thing he could have done better is come out for Obama before it was beginning to look like Obama was going to win anyway.

Why is the left ashamed of Obama's record?

Is stating the facts like Ayers, Wright, Raines
    A "negative?"

Why would anyone that likes to link Bush, Rove, Cheney, Rumsfeld, DeLay, etc. think it would be a negative? :D

Everyone knows there is a double standard. The left just doesn't care. Which goes to show how desperate and biased they really are.

I've always respected Colin Powell, but if he wants to reject the party that made him commander of the joint chiefs, the first black Secretary of State and the party that's had the most racially diverse cabinet in American history that's his choice.

well first I was not aware that Powell ever actually declared his party? Not saying he did not, but even during his possible president run he never declared what party he was from

But of course since Powell supported all of the war efforts and the policies in place I can only see this as what most have, him going with race over his values.

    Powell is a registered Republican.

Do you think all these white generals and admirals are declaring for Obama because of race too?
