Does ANYONE please have any idea why my much loved 30 year old daughter appeaers to hate me and has got her husband to stop me going to their house.
They have 3 boys and they know this would badly hurt me. It has been getting steadily worse over the years ever since her father left us.
She is now best of friends with him but says it is only to get what she can from him. Please can someone help me get off this emothional roller coaster.

I personally wouldn't understand that, but my parents asked my grandmother to leave me alone because she was forcing her religious views on me. Is it possible that you're forcing opinions? Did she have a rough childhood? Is there something her husband possibly doesn't like about you?

You need to back away. If she is getting what she can from her dad, she will turn to get what she can from you when he runs out. She does not sound very nice to me. ANd she sounds sort of unhappy, but I have a minuscule glimpse of what she is.

Again, give her some space and when she comes back, set up some terms. Let her define what she expects from you. This will benefit her and you and hopefully insure this will not happen again.
