Hi my husband has a toshiba satellite L3050 and ever since he put in the comcast installation disk, the cd drive keeps popping open 2 to 3 seconds after any disk is inserted, but it registers that there is a disk. Any help?

Was the comcast used for installation and was the installation complete?

Has the computer been restarted since this started happening?
