I'm 20 and I have grown up being the "good girl."

Yeah, 16 year olds with attitudes like that usually end up with a few kids, married to an alcoholic husband that treats them like dirt, they flip burgers for a living or some other minimum wage job and live in a decaying trailer park because they thought it was cool to party and get pregnant and drop out of school.

Basically nothing good ever comes from it.

It's been established that your friends are referring to the male to female version of oral sex. In this case, in its most basic terms, this means mouth to "lady part" contact.
