I would really like to know if there is any way to sue the child support agency
This must be a hot topic because I can't seem to get a response from anyone. Maybe this is why people get abused in this system. I ask again. Is there anything that can be done to fight against a system that in some cases abuse it's authority? Or is everyone afraid to give a response?;);):eek:

Were you rights taken away or were you abused in any way?

Is it a private or state child support agency. Many private agencies that help collect court ordered support.

Child support is decided by court, the actual court order and judge can not be sued,
If the agency is following state law, you can sue them but will lose.

If you wish to change the law, talk with your elected officials

They lost a case to me and now make everything hard to accomplish in their system. They dragged out this modification for 10 years and now that I filed elsewere they are forced to go through with it but they are placing me last on the list so that it goes to continuance. This is the DA child support services.

My two children have never received child support from their father. One child is 19 and the other is 17. The amount owed is over $80,000. Can I hold the child support agency responsible for failure to collect? How do I do it? We live in Tennessee.
