I am trying to replace driver side cv axle on 92 ford escort. What do I need to remove old one?

In some cases, you need a slide hammer to pull the splined end out of the transaxle.

You may have already done this job but if not let me know and Ill give you step by step instructions. Its not too bad a job to do.

Hi, I just bought a stage 2 cluch kit from Exidy, and I am in middle of changing it but I'm stuck with the axles... can anyone tell me step by step or a hint or some help on how I am supposed to get those things off and keep going towards my goal! PLEASE!. it's a 2.0 and people at the shop don't know how and there are none ford auto shops aroung :(... Thank YOU
