Hi. Our 6 years old cat has an ear infection and the veterinar wants us to keep him home for 2 weeks, wearing a special collar. He usually is in the garden and I never succeeded in training him to use a litter box. But now I am in BIG TROUBLE. What can I do to avoid disaster? Thanks thanks thanks

Keep him in a small room with the litter box for now. Put some potting soil in it, as well as some grass. If you can find one of his poops, put it in the box. Whatever you do, keep his food and water as far as you can from the litter box. Also keep fun things and a nice bed in there. And give him lots of attention! It's good for healing.
