Can judge change baby last name if man is not the father
If a non married woman gives her baby the alleged father last name after birth can the judge make the woman change the baby last name if the man is found not to be the father? I live in Wisconsin.

Someone would have to go to court over it. Usually it requires the consent of both parents for a name change. They could ask to be removed from the birth certificate but the actual name change would be harder unless all parties agree.

Is the man listed on the birth certificate ?

A person can name the baby anything, Elvis I guess if they want. They can remove them from the birth certificate if listed, but no they will not normally force a name change.
