I played a DVD movie in my PC. There had been no problem while playing it. But, subsequently, while I tried to delete the files after commanding %temp% through "run" in start menu, though all other files were deleted, but there exist a file as video CD movie, which could not be deleted. After selecting the file and executing "delete" command, it appears as " can't delete. it is being used by another person or programme. Close any programms that might be using the file and try again ".

Please guide me how to delete the file ?

Hey you have sort of the same problem as Couchcarrot she found a file that can't be deleted in her %temp% folder

Reboot your computer and then try deleting the file again before you start any other programs.

If that doesn't work, try booting into Safe Mode and try again.
