I have uninstalled a programme from my computer and it prompted that it was unable to delete some files and that they should be deleted manually, is it OK to just delete them from Windows Explorer? i.e right click and press delete or is it more complicated than that

That thing happened to me before and when it gave me a list of the things it didn't delete I saw them wrote them down and then searched them found them then deleted them of course it also depends on what program it was and what it didn't delete but I'm pretty sure it will be all right
