My furnace won't work but the cental air does. The blower starts for the air but not the furnace. I replaced the igniter could it be the thermostat?

Usually it is not the thermostat. What is it doing exactly? Does the ignitor glow as if the furnace is starting to lite?

Blower won't start unless you are getting flame. Need more info.
