    I need an angle valve
I just bought a vessel sink that came with one of those tall faucets that mount through a single hole in the vanity. It came with two supply lines that have 5/8" female connectors at the end.

The problem is that I can not find a shut off valve with a 5/8" outlet to match my supply lines. I have the standard 5/8" compression fittings on the copper pipes. I thought about replacing the supply lines with standard water supply lines but these lines are non standard so I will need to find the correct valve of 5/8 to 3/8 adapter.

    Please help!

Double check the size of water supplies on your vessel sink. I've never seen 5/8" connectors.

Usually, vessel sinks come with preinstalled 3/8" compression connectors. They can also be 9/16" or 7/16" compression. Please, double check.

Are your angle stops and trap pipe exposed ? Or are they hidden out of view inside your cabinet ? If inside the cabinet than do this:

    1. Your angle stop is 1/2" IP. Your vessel sink connector is 3/8". Install 1/2" x 1/2" x 12" water supply on angle stop. Buy 1/2"IP x 3/8" Compression brass adapter. Install this adapter on the other end of the 1/2" supply. Connect the 3/8" vessel sink connector to the other end of the adapter.

    Or...

    2. Replace angle stops with same size as the vessel sink connector.

The supply line of the faucet has a 1/2" connector going to the angle stop. I need a 1/2" NO x 1/2" NO compression angle stop or I need a 1/2"(male) to 3/8" (female) adapter so that I can connect to my existing 1/2" x 3/8" angle stop.

I tried locating this adapter and angle stop at local home improvement stores, but have been unsuccessful. Is there a place where I may obtain these items?

What's the brand and model number of the faucet?

Can you post a picture of the faucet?

You will be better off if you just replace your angle stop to match the faucet water supply.
