Is there a 3 day grace period after signed a lease
My son signed a lease for an apartment because the model was nice. When he saw the actual room and apartment he was to share with three others, he was disappointed in the apartment and the tenants. Can he get out of the lease after one day?

No. Not unless the lease states that there is a "right of recision" time.

He signed a lease to live with other roomates without meeting them?

Yes, what in heavens name was he thinking of. Most likely he is obligated to the lease, he needs to learn not to sign anything without seeing the actual place and with room mates spending time talking to them.

Yes, he agrees he was stupid. They let him out of the lease. Live and learn - I tell him.
