Please help me out here, are you using one continuous run of RC6 coaxial cable or are you speaking about line voltage wiring.
If you are speaking of the RC6 cable you do not size this cable because of amperage. It is a low voltage cable.
Line voltage
If all of the outlets are to be in use at the same time, I would run four independent (dedicated) branch circuits. I would make them 120 VAC and 20 amp.
But that's just the way I would do it give the scant information you've given me.
Longball... what you want to do won't be accomplished in the way you want to do it... sorry. And where did the RC6 cable comment come from? Longball didn't mention it.
I asked him which cable he was trying to size, RC6 (cable) or Line. He responded with "Line".
This thread seems all messed up.
1. A typical 120 V circuit is usually rated for 15-20 amps max.
2. Do you really want a 48 Amp cord?
3. Outdoor, indoor?
4. Permanent, temporary?
5. Is 240 Available?
