Is he just not that into me?
I went on a setup date that I thought went well but Im confused if he was just being polite and a true gentleman? I thought the date went well and would like to see him again but I haven't heard from him since. I know he left for a 2 week trip and it was nice when we left each other after the date. No making out, but it was nice. He told me when he would be back and that we'd be in touch before he gets back. It will be a little over a week now until he gets back. I don't want to give up, but I also don't want to be a fool.

Then don't give up, and don't be a fool. It would be foolish to romanticize your life in any way with this guy whom you do not know and have only seen once. Right?

So, don't be foolish. Your life is still in front of you. There is no "snooze" button on your life just because you went on one date with one guy.

No waiting, no pondering the "what ifs" of this guy. He'll call or he won't. You have a lot to do in the mean time, right?

Thank you. I know and yes, Im usually very busy. It's hard when you've gone on a string of really bad dates (and Im not exaggerating) and then finally here's a great one. Old tale of it's always the ones you're not interested in that won't leave you alone!

Every GOOD salesman will tell you that losing a sale is a good thing... it brings you one step closer to the sale you ARE going to get. It's a numbers game. NEVER avoid the numbers. The more you play, the sooner your "win" will arrive.

Just don't play foolishly, but DO play a lot. Take care.
