So I was on my laptop earlier today and I notice it starrted to slow down. So I restarted it than when I turned it back on it was asking for a setup password.. and I tried everything and it would not work. What can I do to slove this problem toshiba wants me to send it in. but also wants to charge mr 400 dollars. For something so little?

What setup do you mean? A setup password or a password to get into windows?
