    visitation rights
My brother recently passed away, his kids are 11 and almost 9. I am their aunt and I want to know if I can get his court scheduled visitations? Is this something that I can fight for?

I have not heard of a visit right for a aunt. Some states allow for grandparents visits but not all even allow that.

Thank for your answer. But we haven't been to court . I don't mine him seeing his son it taking him so fare and so often that it will confuse him as he only a baby. Do you no were the court stand on visitation for younge baby. j-keter
