I have a quick question. Is there a difference in telling a girl that you are in love with them and telling them that you love them?
Will someone please help me?
I suppose it is a matter of opinion in the end... but I am sure that MOST people, myself included, will say that yes, there is a HUGE difference.
I love a lot of people but I am not IN love with them.
Take some of my ex-girlfriends for example... while I still love them and would go out of my way to be there for them, I am no longer in love with them... which is why I am no longer with them.
I think so, because there's a difference between loving someone and being in love with someone.
It is all in how the other person believes it is. How are you saying it, where are you saying it and more.
Thanks everbody! OK, I am in love with this girl. I really don't know how to explain it. I told her that I am in love with her, and I am. I think maybe the way I think things are different than what she thinks. Like maybe she expects me to tell her that I love her. I may be completely wrong here. Does anyone have an answer for me?
I think that if you told her you're in love with her that you pretty much covered it. To me that means more than "I love you." I don't know what others' opinions are on this but that's the way I see it.
Dude, tell us what your ACTUAL relation to her is at the current time. You debate over sematics won't help. Tell us what is really happening and we can advise you.
And remember not represent what you think SHE thinks. Just give us the facts, harsh and true... and we'll advise you.
Thanks Everybody! I got what I needed. I was wondering what to do before I got to talk to her the next time, but all that time has passed, and now things have already happened.
