    Unit cost of time
    IPR= 15 minutes MF= 8 minutes T= 5 minutes
    One FTE 2080 hours
    Salary = $29000 a year

    What is the unit cost of the time to respond to request for information?

    What other data should be facotred into the cost to obtain a unit cost for this funciton?
