I am 17 years old and I am wondering if I can get my teeth fixed. It has green on the bottom of my teeth. I don't know what that is. Also, when I was 14 I was hit on my teeth the top one and they got chipped, will that be fixable too? I am getting older and I'm worried...

Do you ever brush your teeth ? The green colour does not sound all that great, worriedguy. I suggest you visit a dentist immediately and have an assessment and go from there.

Did I put you off by asking if you brush, worriedguy. Anyone who says they have 'green' on the bottom of their teeth are suspect. I have seen a lot of very bad teeth, but have not seen 'green' yet. Would you care to explain how your gums look.

The green stuff is just built up decay. If you go now and have the dentist eliminate all the built up decay and properly fill your tooth with the new "tooth colored" filling you should be fine and dandy. The trick is not to wait too long to have this done as the more he has to eliminate the more it's going to cost you. And if you wait way too long, the tooth may not be able to be saved. Decay moves slowly but surely and if it's been 3 years I would highly recommend you make an appointment and have this taken care of as soon as possible. You'll be fine and your smile will look great.

The chips on your front teeth can easily be repaired. Sometimes though, if the chips aren't very big, it's best to leave them as the dentist has to remove more good tooth structure in order for the filling to adhere to the tooth.

The green colour could be stain. Smoking pot causes a green stain on the teeth. I'd suggest you see your dental hygienist for a thorough cleaning and assessment.
