    Outlook print runtime error
    I am using Outlook 03 and when I try to print a html email I get a runtime error. It says:

    A runtime error has occurred.
    Do you wish to debug?
    Line:2020
    Error: Unspecified error.

    We need to see the debug string.

    Try this:
    1. Go to START > RUN
    2. Type in
      regsvr32 ole32.dll
    3. click OK
    4. A confirmation message should appear
    5. Restart your email program and try printing again
