    Co-Ownership of House
How can an a co owner of a house be made to sell the house? Especially since one has
Never lived there ,I don't have the money to get an lawyer, to get a court to declare
The property to be sold .

Well, can you give us a little more detail? Are we talking about a divorce or separation, an inherited property?

In general, both owners will have to sign for the sale to go through. If one is unwilling it may not go forward. Just the fact that one has never lived there doesn't mean the court would force a sale.

Yes, it does not matter if they lived there or not. Without going to court, you can not force them to sell. ** and depending on the terms of the ownership the court may or may not
