    Medicare doesn't cover any dental work.

    From what I can tell most dental insurance companies don't cover much in the line of dental bills - not if you actually go to a Licensed Dentist! :)

    No, Medicare is not for dental needs. You should get some sort of dental insurance. Braces for adults. To be eligible for Medicare you must be 65. I doubt anyone who is over 65 would want/need braces. They would more likely be shopping for dentures.
