    Do you mean "how many receptacles are permitted on a circuit?"
    If so there is no limit providing the load does not exceed the branch circuit rating.
    Still, you'll want to separate the loads so that one trip does not take out 1/2 the house.

    What is ELCB in the DB?

    The most common sizes for branch circuits in a dwelling are AWG #14 (15 Amp loads) and AWG # 12 ( 20 Amp loads)
