My 16 yr old son is on juvenial probation.the police told him if the see him on yhe street they will beat him. Now the police come by the house every night at different times . His p.o. only comes buy once a month. I feal he is being targeted. What can I do about this and can they(the police) come by every night.concerned dad

What do you mean, come by ?
Do they come to the door, knock and come in your house ? Or do they merely drive by, maybe stop outside the house and look at the house ?as

Sounds like they are trying to "scare" him straight. Or they have good reason to believe he is still involved in what he was doing before.

You can talk to the chief of police, If they are coming into the house every day, you may get a restraining order but this is a fine line since on probation you loose some of your rights
