Does anyone know if there is a way to recall an AOL email sent but not yet read by the recipient. AOL doesn't answer their phone so if you know please tell me now. Thanks a million. I need to know before the office I sent this email to opens in the morning. Everyone is always telling me to switch to another email like Yahoo, but.. I've had AOL for so long I like it. Thanks again for your help!

Most likely, the email has already been sent to the server of the recipient. However, have you tried emailing administrative personnel at AOL to see if there is a way to somehow stop the email before it is opened?

There is an email service that has recallable mail, bigstring.com

You can set it to delete after so many days or be opened only so many times am pretty sure you can also delete it from there server if it has not been read, something to consider

I believe with AOL and other services, this is not an option but as mentioned, take advice above for AOL
