    Judy - Let's see, you take one from column A, then two from column B, add 20%, divide by the lowest number divisible by 3 after you multiply by 45. That gives you the score(?)

    This form sure brings back memories. At least now they have it somewhat(?) more decipherable than they did back in the 1990's.

    You are 100% correct. It is very complicated to put it mildly unless you are an attorney or prosecuting attorney and know how to properly fill it out.

    I think you're confusing law and take out Chinese food. Or maybe it's the same formula.
