Hi my best friend has been staying with me for the past week and whenever she wakes up she feels dizzy for about 10- 15 minutes and says she gets these weird muscle spasms downstairs like when your eye lid twitches. I don’t know much about women’s health and she won't go to the doctors! We've tried searching Google but can't seem to match the symptoms, thought id put it out to you good people. Do you think that the dizziness and spasms are related?

Unfortunately, she'll have to see a doctor. Google, WebMD, and this site or any other online cannot diagnose her.

My guess is those symptoms are not necessarily related, but I'm not a physician so I can't say for sure. Dizzyness could indicate low blood pressure, anemia, migraines, etc.

These could be relatively "minor" or quite serious. It really would be best if you could talk her into at least going to a free clinic to get a professional opinion.
