If you don't vacate in 10 days whoever currently owns the property (either the lender or someone who bought the house at auction) will file to evict you. This means a hearing at which the judge will either give you more time or issue an eviction order. If the latter then the property owner will hire a sheriff to physically remove you and your belongings. How long it takes to schedule a hearing depends on the court caseload.

Ty I have 3 dogs and 4 children and my husband is on social security so looking for a new place to live is not easy

Contact the owner and explain that you fully intend to vacate as soon as you can, but finding a new place is hard and you need more time.

They may give you more time, if not, you can make the same plea at the hearing and hopefully the judge will grant more time.
However, since this was your son's property, it would be assumed you have known it was going to go in a foreclosure for a long time so they might not be so lenient.

    Who is the notice from?

It's possible that if you offer to pay rent they may extend you some more time. But if you just expect to be able to stay for free I doubt that you're going to get very far.
