Is it good to be working with your significant other? If you have been in this situation let me know and I want reasons? This applies to men and woman.

Depends on the job, one of my jobs I worked with my boyfriend(ex now) and lots of rumours went around.. which were all false. But I have worked at other places where couples are there and everything is fine. I think it matters the work and age.. what kind of job is it?

It's fine while the relationship is fine. It sucks beyond compare when the relationship dies and you still have to see that person all the time. Sadly I have done this more then once.

I work at sams club and I just got him a job there because we live together and he has been looking but nobody would call him so I told himt o work with me. So I don't know if they want him to be a cashier like I am or if they want him to work on the floor. By the way we are both 19. But I would say we are pretty mature for all the drama bs!

I wish you worked at my Sam's Club because there is a girl there I want to meet. That's another story.

Well if things are good then don't worry about it. But I would recommend never bring your personal life to work in that if you have a fight at home leave it there and if you have problems at work leave it there when you go home.

That's what everyone at work was telling me. So do u work at sams club or is there just a girl that works there that you like? You may tell the story if you want.

For me it was not a good experience. The relationship drama followed us to work and the work drama followed us home.

Working together is my idea of heaven. My husband and I worked together at two different places before we got married. Depending on how closely you're working together, you can tell a lot about what a person is really like. Objectivity is a must. Then, if the relationship doesn't work out, having to look at that person every day (or quit your job) is hard.

Working together may also indicate co-dependency. In your case, it looks like simple survival. Maintain objectivity and balance and remember that the two of you need some privacy from one another too, both at home and at work.

Does anyone have any advice how I can control keeping the work drama and home drama away from each other? (or should I say us) and does there become a lot of jealousy when you work with your hunny? My boyfriend and I are the really jealous type but I keep my jealousy on the low and he always seems to act as if I am flirting when I am not and he threatens to break up with me.

Everyone was telling you about my Sam's Club girl? I am a shopper at Sam's Club. Specifically I go the one in Pinellas Park, Florida where there is a beautiful girl who works in the return area.

SIMONE that seems like a very good theory. How did you and your husband do it? How did you guys keep everything on tact while at work at and home? Me and my hunny work together very well sometimes lol he is very unpatient but I on the other hand am very patient. That's why I said sometimes lol
