Well the easiest way to get Viural Worms is to completely disable all your security, such as Firewall and Anti Virus.
Then go surfing around lots of porn and Warez sites and say YES to any pop ups you get.
In a few hours your machine will be completely unusable due to MASSIVE infection.

Here's a nice simple write up on what a Virus worm is; I've got Worms

Worms, can replicate and send themselves automatically to other computers by controlling other software programs, such as an e-mail sharing application. They are nasty little critters, which can do all sorts of network, and home PC damage. That is why you must always keep your anti-virus software udated.
You don't really think anyone on AMHD is going to "give you" any sample worm code do you? :(

    Hi, Jani,
Here is some information on the origin of Worm viruses; the first having the greatest effect on computers, in 1987:
    http://www.liutilities.com/news/articles/article13a/

They come from those very good with writing computer language files, who want to cause harm, and possibly boost their own Egos.
    Best wishes.
