Problem: Fill level. Water does not reach maximum level. How can this be fixed? Everything else (except water level) works fine.

The pressure switch in your washer is factory set and if it won't fill up to desired level it might be bad.have it replaced or looked at and take it from there.

Try turning the water level knob as far to the right as you can. This may POSSIBLY re-set it.

I have noticed that my Kenmore 70 series washer does not fill completely no matter hot or cold. Now, it is very temperamental when I turn it on, it may start filling if I am lucky otherwise just starts agitating... what does it need? Thank you
