NEED the name of 80's? Cartoon movie. Someone know this?
I watched this movie as a kid in the late eighties/early nineties. Can't remember much, but here goes...
A child's Grandpa or Father goes missing, and I remember there being a pipe sitting there on the table. The child goes in search of them? Most of the rest is really sketchy. We see a scene where all the people who have been taken get turned into these block people by the bad guy, and built into a castle, literally. They are the walls of the castle. I think the bad guy is singing a song. The last part I remember is the child is looking for them or for a way to save them. He comes to this place that is full of broken things or garbage, and there is a boy there who is kind of mean and tells him where to go, but says he will never get there. It seems like he told him it was at the end of the earth?
That's all... I have been looking for years and have never had any luck. Its driving me crazy!
