I've been married for about 4 months now, I'm almost 24 and obviously I've been having sex for the last 4 months. We've always used birth control... I haven't skipped a day. I know, however, that one can get pregnant anyways-that's how my mom had me. The last time I had my period it lasted for two weeks. This time around I'm 2 weeks late, I've had a lot of pain in my abdomen for the last three weeks. Yesterday, I thought I was getting my period but all I got was pink and brown discharge and some cramps. Today, it's gone. I've taken two tests (the last being a week ago) and both said negative. A baby is not what we've been expecting at least not for another two years but we wouldn't mind the surprise. I've called my OB/GYN and I left a message with the nurse. Should I ask to have a blood test done? Am I possibly pregnant?
