    I don't think so felons are pretty limited as far as jobs go, I kow this from experience, just call the local hr dept at the local hospital they will tell you or even a college admitting office...

    Basically, no, because they can't pass the character part (according to the Licensing Boards) of the licensing background check. The California website appears to say that felony convictions which are expunged will appear on the licensing background extent because it is very thorough.
