My friend pled guilty to lewd and gross behavior - he flashed a few people and one happened to be oly 16. He got arrested and charged with a felony. He was placed on 18 months probation. That was in another state. (mass)
10 months later, he had missed 3 or 4 appointments and was arrested in Va. He didn't hurt anyone or revisit the crime. No drugs or alcohol were involved.
What is the standard protocol in this type of situation? I think scaring the crap out of him is appropriate but they are talking about extraditing him back to Mass to serve his entire sentence. Is this likely?
