How do I check if its good or bad with a multitester

I posted the diagram so you could test it. If you cannot read the diagram then I do not really know what else to tell you. The diagram shows open and closed circuits and that is what you check for on a relay. It also shows the trigger or coil contacts to check for a good coil or if voltage is applied to the control circuit.

It might be best if you took a class or figured out how to use the meter you have before you undertake testing for fear of coming to the wrong conclusion.
