I married my husband in Feb 06 we have a son together and filed a I-751 in July of 08 I want a divorce but don't want to jepordize his ability to get his green card is there anything I can do to get a divorce without waiting for his green card to be approved?

If you don't want to jeopardize his legal status, the best thing to do is putting the divorce on hold until I-751 is approved.
