    Squeaky GE Dryer
My GE dryer makes a terrible high pitch squeaky noise. It does not have a lower front panel to remove and the back panel is tucked under the sides where it wraps around the back of the dryer.

ggj - After a lot of use ,a dryer will start squeeking from wherethe drum spins on its axels at , it dryes out in there from all the heat in there and sets up your squeeking, I used to run into this a lot and what I aleays did was to swquirt some good oil spray into where the axel is at , it is the center of the tub ,{FRONT AND BACK} just don't over do it ,you don't want to get oil on any clothes. You can remove this and redo the seals ,but its quite a job I always used ( #in 1 oil) with a long squirt tube on it
To get to where you can do this ,you will have to raise the top of the dryer and reach down inside, :: LOTS OF LUCK and STAY SAFE - UNPLUG THE DRYER Before STARTING ANY WORK ON IT ) GOD BLESS F.B.E.:):)
