I am trying to find out the side effects of Metoprolol succ er 25 mg. If the side effects include hip or knee pain

Not that I see but that doesn't mean that won't be a side effect that YOU have. You have to talk to your Doctor. I'm sure you know you can't just stop taking this medication.

I noticed I have started getting headaches after having been on the Metoprolol succ er 25 mg for 4 weeks, I called the doctor and she said she didn't think this medication was the cause but I'm not on anything else and haven't had headaches before. Has anyone else experienced that?
